How to feel emotionally free right now

That inner-critical voice can get so loud sometimes, right? But fortunately it’s often the simplest of tools that are the most powerful when we want to make a change or have a different experience. Learn about one simple intention you can make that can completely shift your day. And when practiced regularly, it has the power to shift your life into one where you feel self-love, ease, and deeper happiness.

I was with my sister last week - a soulmate best friend of mine ❤️ - and she said one day, “My only intention today is to be kind to myself.”💖😍💕

Talk about simple and POWERFUL!!

This simple intention will completely transform yourself from the inside out.

And the power of it is, when you think about it just for todayit’s totally doable. You can make that a main focus for one day. It takes very little effort, yet has a massive impact.

You know how to be kind to other people, right? Ok great! Go ahead and take that, and turn it in towards yourself. If you need to, you can pretend you’re speaking to a best friend.

So a day or two after she said this, when I noticed some self-criticism coming up, I remembered what she had said. And I chose to make it my intention for the day as well.

It INSTANTLY transformed how I was speaking to myself and how I was relating to myself. I gave myself a break, and remembered that I’m always doing the best I can.

Instead of being caught up in my head, and really seeing through the lens of my inner critic, it was like I was instantly transported to that more loving perspective that my higher self always has.

So, are you willing to give this a shot?

What would change if made this one simple shift?

How would you cheer yourself on?

What would be different about how you see yourself and where you’re at in life?

I’d love to hear. Share in the comments below and let me know.😊

I’m inviting you to practice this very intentionally for one day, but imagine if this were just the way you relate to yourself all the time?

I know for me my normal used to be to always be hard on myself, criticizing and analyzing myself. I didn’t naturally give myself the benefit of the doubt, and I could never seem to be good enough. Over time and with practice and tools, I began to shift so that my baseline was self-loving and self-supporting.

As I was mentioning, that critical talk still comes up of course! But I love practicing tools, new and old, to shift back into that place of love and encouragement. I’m there for myself, and this allows me to move forward in my life, create the relationships I want, and realize my dreams to their fullest potential.

I want that for you too! and no matter where you are on your journey, this simple tool I’m sharing here today can help you move a little further along, and a little deeper into a place of truly loving yourself.
